4E (4Elements HipHop Project) is a Western Sydney–born movement grounded in community, culture, and place. We support the positive impact, evolution, and long-term sustainability of HipHop culture.
Through HipHop, 4E creates connection, amplifies voices, and strengthens identity. Our work challenges stereotypes and builds pathways for knowledge-sharing, activism, social justice, and intergenerational storytelling.
From Western Sydney to the world — and always back again — 4E practises shared exchange, linking local HipHop communities to global networks while ensuring culture, knowledge, and opportunity flow back into community.
Through year-round initiatives, including our annual conference and festival, 4E brings together community, education, and industry to practice, preserve, and experience HipHop as living culture — by the community, for the community.
Throughout 2025 and 2026, 4E will deliver a series of events, workshops, and community-led programs designed to support emerging creatives and strengthen Western Sydney's cultural landscape.
We are currently partnering with ACE Parramatta to deliver music and production workshops across a number of Western Sydney high schools. The program provides students with direct exposure to the arts, hands-on creative learning experiences, and pathways into music, performance, and creative industries. Through artist-led workshops, participants develop practical skills while engaging with contemporary arts and culture in meaningful ways. For more information, please get in touch.
Recent Project
In collaboration with Afrikaleidoscope, and curated by Fungai Mutsiwa and Chidiebube Uba, 4E supported culdesac, culdesac, culdesac, a Hip Hop exhibition and live program presented at Parramatta Town Hall on 22–23 November 2025. The project brought together artists, audiences, and communities to celebrate Hip Hop culture through performance, storytelling, and visual art.
